Room 4 Resistance resident and Jacktone Records co-founder Doc Sleep will release her new EP, ‘Crème Fraîche’, on Dark Entries 24th May.

The Berlin-based producer, who rose to prominence in the San Francisco underground scene before relocating to Europe in 2016, follows March’s ‘Your Ruling Planet’ EP on Jacktone with this new six-track offering, featuring three newly released original cuts and an updated mix of previously released track ‘Never Eating Again’.

You can listen to the whirring, propulsive and melodic title track below.

The EP also boasts two killer remixes from DJ Mag favourites Violet and rRoxymore, who each puts their own spin on the title track.

‘Never Eating Again’ initially appeared on the ‘Run The Length Of Your Wildness V.2’ compilation in September 2018. The charity compilation was comprised of 25 tracks from the Bay Area’s electronic music community, with all proceeds being donated to the family of late artist Cherushii, who lost her life in the tragic fire in Oakland’s Ghost Ship in December 2016. As on that compilation, all money earned from the track on the new EP will be donated to Cherushii’s family.

Dark Entries have teamed up with Jacktone to release ‘Crème Fraîche’ on cassette as well as digitally. It’s out on 24th May, pre-order it here.
