Premiere: Eli & Fur 'Coming Back (Maya Jane Coles Remix)'

Eli & Fur will release Maya Jane Coles' remix of their new single ‘Coming Back’ this Friday 8th March via their own NYX Music imprint.

The vocal-led house cut is the duo’s first new music of 2019, following last year’s mesmerising Anjunadeep single, ‘Night Blooming Jasmine’. A rolling deep house track, it finds the pair on lyrically introspective form while sprawling synth melodies and a steady groove keep things dancefloor focussed.

“For us, ‘Coming Back’ represents that intense feeling for something or someone you find hard to control or let go of,” the duo explain of the track “It’s that on and off connection to someone that’s not really part of your life. You want to escape that feeling and close the chapter but you keep coming back to it. Time passes, life moves on but it still plays on your mind.”

The track also comes paired with a more bass-oriented and typically superb remix from Maya Jane Coles. Check it out below.
