Premiere: ELLLL ‘Febreeze (G.E.O. Corp Remix)'

Breakthrough Berlin-based DJ/producer and GASH COLLECTIVE founder ELLLL readies her ‘Febreeze’ EP on Dublin’s First Second label. Hear G.E.O. Corp’s crisp remix of the title cut now...

ELLLL will release her new EP, ‘Febreeze’, on 9th February via Dublin’s First Second label.

It marks the first solo release from the Berlin-based, Cork native and GASH COLLECTIVE founder since 2016’s ‘Romance’, released through Art For Blind. With a distinct approach to bass, EBM and techno forms, as well as a tireless approach to achieving greater diversity and representation in Ireland’s club scene with the collective’s other members, ELLLL – real name Ellen King – has become one of the most vital figures in the country’s electronic sphere in recent years.

Last year saw King relocating to Berlin from Ireland, followed by a series of sets in support of alternative R&B artist How To Dress Well for a stint of his European tour. With another EP or two in the pipeline for the coming months and more live shows and DJ sets hopefully in the works, 2019 is shaping up to be a big year for the producer.

Over its three tracks, ‘Febreeze’ is as fresh and crisp as its name would suggest while never letting go of its robust energy or club-ready heft. From its original mix to her own ‘Sunrise Edit’ and GEO Corp’s – AKA George Earnest – sharp and bass-heavy remix. You can hear the latter below now.
