Jordan GCZ’s debut solo album for Terrence Dixon’s Minimal Detroit is an entrancing collection of sci-fi synths and rolling techno. Hear  ‘Terrace House Love’ now

Jordan GCZ will release his debut solo album, ‘My Brain’s Brain’, this February via Terrence Dixon’s Minimal Detroit label

After two decades as one half of the duo Juju and Jordash, ‘My Brain’s Brain’ is the first solo album from the Amsterdam-based artist. The 12-track double LP follows the release of his 2021 EP, ‘Introspective Acid’ on Rush Hour.

The album brims with futuristic soundscapes, atmospheric deep house grooves, rolling techno and jazz influences, which fuse into a collection that could easily be the soundtrack to a sci-fi film. You can hear ‘Terrace House Love’ below.

Opting, as always, for hardware and analog gear over digital software, the album exudes experimentation and originality. Terrence Dixon called the work, “an innovative masterpiece that will stand the test of time”.

‘My Brain's Brain’ will be available digitally and on vinyl on 1st February. You can pre-order here.
