Lovebreak will release his debut EP on Sprechen next month.
Following releases on the Mancheter's Paper Recordings and 22 Digit last year, the emerging producer now readies his first EP on Manchester’s Sprechen imprint. Previous releases on the label have been widely acclaimed, garnering support from the likes of the late, great Andrew Weatherall, the Alfos crew and PBR Streetgang, to name a few.
The Love Me Love You’ EP has already received support from DJs including Joshua James, Bicep, Dusky, and more. The Mancunian is also one-third of new collective We Play Alone with Joy Boys’ producer YoungTee and Don Zazou, who will be releasing an EP on French label Citizens of Vice in March.
The EP’s third track ‘Who Knows Where Your Love Goes’ is a seven-minute journey of soaring strings and a echoing vocal sample. With strong, cinematic deep house elements, ‘Who Knows Where Your Love Goes’ is a subtle but perfectly vibrant.
