Keinemusik’s own &ME steps up with a nostalgic, staccato ode to two-step and breakbeat, ‘1995’, with his own percussive twist
Keinemusik’s &ME deviates from his usual take on percussive deep house and techno on his new EP, ‘1995’.
Set for release on Friday 24th August, the title track of the release finds the Berlin-based DJ/producer looking back on the early days of two-step and breakbeats, bringing his own distinctive twist to the staccato rhythms and warped bass grooves of the classic UK sound. Check it out below.
The B-side finds &ME back in more familiar house and techno territory, teaming up with South African band Atelier’s vocalist and guitarist, Jas.
