Premiere: Quartz & Gremlinz 'Oblong Druid'

Quartz lands his debut EP on Metalheadz this month, featuring a slamming collaboration with Gremlinz, 'Oblong Druid'.

Otherwise known as Elliot Garvey, the Welsh producer delivers six tracks for his 'Hall Of Mirrors' EP. The release also includes a collab with German duo Survey, with whom Quartz set up the Acrylic imprint earlier this year.

Pick of the bunch here at DJ Mag is the grime influenced 'Oblong Druid', however. Intensely ominous, the track marches along to hollow, grime-esque bleeps, the trademark crashing breakbeats of Canadian producer, Gremlinz, bringing sporadic bouts of chaotic noise.
