A “priceless” 7,000-strong record collection has gone up for sale

The records have been listed anonymously

A private record collection valued at over $1 million is currently on sale.

Listed for sale by an anonymous seller, the collection boasts over 7,000 records and includes LPs, 45s and 78s that are still factory sealed.

Although the 'VIP RPM' collection focuses mainly on rock music from the '60s and '70s, it also features jazz, country and classical records, as well as 12" DJ-only releases, unreleased material, signed records, merchandise and memoribilia.

Three rare Prince records are set to be re-issued on vinyl next month.

Last month, Nike released a vinyl-inspired Air Max 90.
