Alison Wonderland cancels European tour dates due to mental and physical exhaustion

"I really need to work on my mental health right now."

Alison Wonderland has cancelled a series of upcoming European tour dates due to "extreme mental and physical exhaustion".

She revealed the news via a note on Twitter, saying, "It has been advised by both management and doctors that I take some time to recover. I really need to work on my mental health right now. Please respect my privacy at this time. I’m so sorry to anyone who wanted to come watch me play.”

The shows affected were due to take place this weekend, with London's SW4 and Mysteryland in the Netherlands amongst them.

Mental health struggles is a topic that Alison's been open about in the past, discussing at length her experiences of depression and anxiety in an interview last year with The Feed on SBS VICELAND in her native Australia.

More recently, she dropped a video for her track 'Peace' earlier this year.
