Amnesia Ibiza preps new double disc compilation for 2017

Amnesia has readied the latest instalment of their annual mix series, once again compiled and seamlessly blended by esteemed house music players including POPOF and Luca Donzelli.

'Amnesia Ibiza 2017' spans two discs, and features some of the hottest dancefloor bombs currently blowing up at the decade-spanning club, home to many of the best parties on the island- including HYTE, Cream, Music ON, and Elrow. No official release date has been confirmed, but we’re expecting it to hit shelves imminently, offering a taste of what to expect for those still waiting to hit the clubbing Mecca.

French DJ and producer POPOF, who lays claim to releases on standard setting labels like Cocoon and Hot Creations, along with his own FORM imprint, has put the first mix together, opening with a tune by one of house music’s bonafide innovators, Herbert. Work from Swirl People, Makcim & Levi, Dan Ghenacia and Chris Carrier, and Marc Molina also features. 

The second part of the release comes from Luca Donzelli, a regular in the booth at the aforementioned HYTE whose studio output has appeared on the likes of 8bit, Do Not Sleep, and Moon Harbour. Taking a more driving route to its finale, producers such as Burnski, Cuartero, Sable Sheep, and Alexis Raphael all make the grade for the tracklist.
