Anja Schneider will be moving on from Mobilee Records. However, the Berlin-based producer is already preparing to launch the SoUS imprint, her most personal project to date.
The bittersweet message was left for “friends and supporters” today (3rd August) via Facebook.
Schneider confirmed Mobilee will live on in her absence: “Mobilee will continue business as usual run by label partner Ralf Kollmann. I wish him and the team all the best.”
The statement continues: “[E]very single key relationship in my life has come about through music. This simple connection is what the label is about. I can't wait to share it with you, and invite you all to join me for this next chapter, so it becomes 'So Us'.”
Schneider also uses the post to tease her first new artist album in nine year. The complete statement can be found in full below.
Schneider will be spinning at Pacha Ibiza Friday 4th August. She is also locked to perform Norway’s Sommerøya techno festival the weekend of 18th August.
