Anjuna HQ to throw “Bushfire Relief Rave” for Australian Red Cross

The party at Tola coincides with Australia Day weekend...

Anjuna HQ has announced a “Bushfire Relief Rave” in aid of the Australian Red Cross.

The crew behind trance and progressive institutions Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep will take over Tola Peckham on Friday 24th January, with the event falling on the same weekend as Australia Day (Sunday 26th January).

The labels have a strong contingency of staff from the world's biggest island, which has been fighting raging blazes across the country since mid-December.

28 people have been killed, half a million animals are believed to have perished, with 10million hectares burning. New South Wales and Victoria have been the worst affected states, respectively the locations of Sydney and Melbourne.

Nina Las Vegas, Mall Grab, Logic1000 and DJ Plead have already been involved in raising funds and awareness for the ongoing disaster, as has Alison Wonderland. Sales of a new compilation on Or:la's imprint, Céad (one of our labels to watch this year), have also been earmarked for the cause.
