APHEX TWIN SHARES WARPED U.S. PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION VIDEO

Aphex Twin has shared a promotional video for his performance at Day for Night festival on Saturday 17th December, which pokes fun at both presidential candidates in today’s U.S. election race, as well as predicting an imminent nuclear war.

The 42-second clip shared ahead of today’s election is titled simply, “An approved message from Aphex Twin”. You can watch it below.

The performance at the Day for Night festival in Houston will be Aphex Twin’s first in America since he played Coachella in 2008. He’s joined on the bill by Björk, Kaskade, Squarepusher, Liars, SOPHIE and many more.

Grammy-winning producer Aphex Twin – real name Richard D. James – teased his latest EP, ‘Cheetah’, in June, before airing it in full on BBC Radio 6 Music ahead of its full release on Friday 8th July.
