Armin van Buuren announces release date for A State of Trance 2022 mix
The 10-day countdown to the trance megamix of the year starts now
The 2022 edition of Armin van Buuren's annual trance megamix is coming soon.
The 19th entry in the 'A State of Trance Year Mix' series, based on the Dutch trance legend's radio show of the same name, lands on 16th December. van Buuren, who was recently crowned The World’s No. 1 Trance DJ in DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs Poll 2022, teased the mix and shared the release date on his latest radio show and Instagram over the weekend.
The 109-track mix features music by Above & Beyond, Kryder, Ahmed Helmy, Ben Hemsley, Ferry Corsten, Hardwell, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Reinier Zonneveld and many more, plus van Buuren himself.
There'll be a CD version of the 2022 mix set across two discs containing 59 and 50 tracks. Check out the complete tracklist here.
In October, van Buuren released the second album in his 'Feel Again' trilogy, which premiered in May.
At the end of the summer, van Buuren shared his eighth Ibiza-themed 'A State Of Trance' mix.
