Avicii teases forthcoming single, ‘Lonely Together’: Listen

Avicii's return to releasing new music is getting closer after the Swedish EDM star shared another snippet of his new track, 'Lonely Together', via his Instagram account.

Since taking a break from touring, the Swedish producer has been in the studio with a host of different writers working on new solo material, whilst also doing some travelling around Peru.

He's also been in the studio with Nile Rodgers working on Chic's comeback album, which is expected to be released early next year.

There's still no definitive date for when Avicii will release 'Lonely Together', other than it will be "soon".

There are also rumours that the Swedish producer might be releasing two new EPs this year — one in September and the second in October — after a note from a meeting between Avicii and his label Universal Music Sweden leaked on Reddit.
