AWAKENINGS NYC REVEAL NORTH AMERICAN LINE-UP

Adam Beyer, Ida Engberg, Pan-Pot...

Awakenings has revealed details for its first ever North American stand-alone show, and it's looking huge!

Since the event was founded in Amsterdam way back in 1997, it's spread successfully across the globe with multi-day festivals and one-off parties from London to Berlin, with the upcoming NYC edition scheduled for Valentine's Day next year.

They're set to craft some impressive bespoke decoration for the mega event's NYC debut, making full use of the Hammerstein Ballroom’s soaring 75ft opera house floor and excellent acoustics.

“We needed to find a venue that could fit a custom production set-up, and with everything that has been happening in NYC lately, go all night, without the threat of a shut down,” said Awakenings founder, Rocco Vennboer. “I don’t think Manhattan will have ever seen anything like Awakenings.”

Line-up wise, think: Drumcode boss Adam Beyer (back-to-back with beau Ida Engberg), plus sets from Julia Govor B2B Kamran Sadeghi, and German duo, Pan-Pot.

Awakenings will run from 10pm - 6am at NYC’s Hammerstein Ballroom on 14th February, 2016.
