Beatport's top track of 2017 revealed

And the number one artist...

Beatport's top track of 2017 has been revealed, based on sales, and anybody who was hoping for something other than Camelphat & Elderbook's atmospheric vocal houser, 'Cola', will be disappointed.

The low slung anthem, which also scooped a Grammy nomination for Best Dance Recording and is in the running for a DJ Mag Best of British award this month, grabbed number one spot, with another Camelphat cut, 'Hangin Out With Charlie', coming in at number two, indicative of what a big year it has been for the UK duo, pictured above.

Artist-wise, Camelphat again win out, with Dennis Cruz, Green Velvet, Patrice Baumel, and Detlef next in line for the throne. We've listed both categories from 1-10 below, so take a look and see if you don't agree with the public's purchasing decisions. Oh, and here's the number one track, just in case it somehow managed to pass you by when it first dropped.
