Blackhaine announces new EP, 'Armour II', featuring Blood Orange, Iceboy Violet, more

UK rapper and Space Afrika collaborator Blackhaine has announced a new EP, 'Armour II'.

Set for release on the Fixed Abode label, it follows on from Blackhaine's breakthrough 2020 EP 'Armour I', and sees him team up with producer Rainy Miller. He also released another EP in 'And Salford Falls Apart' last year, through Head II, the label outpost of Manchester venue The White Hotel.

In addition to Rainy Miller, 'Armour II' features contributions from Blood Orange, Iceboy Violet, Moseley and KinseyLloyd across its six tracks. The EP will be released on 10th June.

The EP's release will follow a tour of the UK, which is set for May and sees him head to Bristol, London, Leeds and elsewhere. He will also play Sheffield's No Bounds festival later this year.

Last year, Blackhaine contributed vocals to a track on Space Afrika's acclaimed Dais Records-released album 'Honest Labour'.
