BMC announce new beachfront location for 2019

“The futurism of the complex chimes well with the forward-looking ethos of our scene"

Now moving into its 8th year, Brighton Music Conference has annouced that for their 2019 edition they'll be relocating from their former home at The Brighton Dome to the British Airways i360 Pod.

Situated on the Brighton seafront, it's the UK's largest observation tower soaring 20 meters over its counterpart The London Eye. The ascending viewer platform holds an intimate 200 capacity and is where exclusive live panels will be held as well as a networking party with the DJ yet to be announced.

“I’ve had a tour around the new venue for BMC, the i360, and it’s a perfect step-up for the event.” says Carl Loben, editor of DJ Mag and a key member of the BMC advisory board. “The futurism of the complex chimes well with the forward-looking ethos of our scene - plus it’s on the beach too, and there’s plenty of spots for those networking get-togethers."

The conference runs 24th - 27th 2019 and once again will collaborate with some of the biggest brands and labels in electronic music.

The Toolroom Academy and Hospital Sonic Surgery are confirmed, and the Focusrite/Novation Theatre will return as a destination to learn about the latest in tech with workshops and seminars. This year was their busiest yet so we suggest you get your tickets now; the first fifty 'golden tickets' on sale include entry to the special events in the observation tower.
