Boys Noize drops cover of Adamski and Seal’s ‘Killer’: Listen

A stone-cold rave classic gets a modern facelift...

Boys Noize has released a cover of Adamski and Seal's 'Killer'.

The German producer and DJ (real name Alexander Ridha) has reworked the 1990 single and rave anthem with an R&B twist.

Teaming up with vocalist Steven A. Clark, Ridha's reimagining will be released on 12" vinyl, via Boysnoize Records and The Vinyl Factory, on 15th October. Stream it and an instrumental version below.

The original of 'Killer' was a major hit in the UK in 1990, spending four weeks at the top of the country's Singles Chart in May and June of that year.

Speaking of the cover, Boys Noize said, "Being a 90’s kid, I kind of grew up with this song which later became one of these tunes I’d play out at the end of the night. When I met Steven and heard his voice for the first time I immediately thought of that track and the idea of doing a cover version was born. It was initially just for fun, but it turned banging and lit the dancefloors wherever I’d drop it – so here I am sharing my industrial KILLER.”

The cover also comes accompanied with a video courtesy of New Models. Watch below.

Recently, Boys Noize shared a video on his Instagram that indicated that he and Skrillex were back in the studio together
