Bram Bros new Trouble Maker app for iPhone and iPad pays homage to Roland’s legendary TB-303 bass box.
There is a wealth of 303 clones and apps available showing just how popular Roland’s little box of tricks actually is, and now Bram Bros have added their interpretation of this classic bit of kit to the bag.
Perfect for on the move acid sessions, the Trouble Maker app faithfully recreates the sound of the original TB-303 (and the new re-issue). With its minimalistic GUI the app makes good use of the touch screen capabilities of the iPhone and or iPad.
Bram Bros are keen to point out that whilst their app can sound like Roland’s classic box, it is not a 303 but an instrument in its own right.
It also has its own sequencer and has full support for Ableton Link, Audiobus and MIDI, plus its Audio Unit Plug-in will work with Garageband, Auria, Cubasis, Modstep or AUM.
