Carl Cox to curate talent and production for RESISTANCE at all future Ultra events

Carl Cox has revealed his plans for this year's Ultra Music Festival, that's set to kick off from 24th - 26th March in Miami.

He'll be back in the Carl Cox Megastructure once again this year for another Carl Cox & Friends showcase, but will also be making closer ties with festival brand, RESISTANCE, moving forward. 

The collaboration will see Cox become the global ambassador for RESISTANCE, as well as curate line-ups and spearhead production for their events around the world, alongside all future Ultra events. 

I’ve been a huge fan of RESISTANCE since it started and I think it deserves a stage that can showcase the brilliant production to its full potential," says Carl. 

"There is no question that RESISTANCE was built in the same vein as CC&F, to bring the most upfront talent, production value and experiences to the fans, and I know the best place for that is in the Megastructure. I know fans will agree and be absolutely blown away!”

RESISTANCE will takeover both days in the Carl Cox Megastructure and the Arcadia Spider at Ultra this year, with acts including The Martinez Brothers, Tale of Us, Black Coffee, Dubfire, Joseph Capriati, Marco Carola all on the bill. 

Cox also confirmed he's heading back to Ibiza this season despite the closure of his spiritual home Space Ibiza last October, with the UK DJ locked for multiple dates a Privilege Ibiza in 2017.
