CARL COX SHARES A CLASSIC SPACE IBIZA TERRACE SET FROM 2004: LISTEN

Classic Carl, classic Ibiza...

Carl Cox has shared a two-hour mix on his Global Radio show that contains classic sets from the Space Ibiza Terrace in 2004, and City Hall in Vienna in 2005.

The broadcast is split into two one-hour sections. You can listen to it below.

Cox announced that he will end his Global Radio show after almost 16 years of broadcasting last month, but not before a few “huge shows” ahead of its final broadcast at the end of this month.

In January the British icon also shared two sets from 2004 that were recorded at The Arches in Glasgow and Seoul, South Korea.

Speaking about his decision to end Global Radio when he revealed the news, Cox said, “It comes with a heavy heart to tell you that at the end of February Global Radio will come to an end after almost 16 years.

“Over the next seven weeks we have some huge shows planned so we’ll go out with a bang.”

Despite ending Global Radio, it’s already been a busy year for Cox, who came to the end of his 15-year residency at Space Ibiza last September, as the White Isle nightclub closed its doors for the last time at the end of the summer.

But, at the end of last month, Cox revealed that he will start his Pure Carl Cox Ibiza night with two parties at Privilege Ibiza this summer, which take place on Tuesday 11th and Tuesday 18th July.
