Claptone unveils video for 'In The Night': WATCH
An early taste of that new album...
Claptone has unveiled the video for 'In The Night', the first track taken from 'Fantast', the impending second album we reported on earlier this month.
Coming from the highest ranking house player in DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs 2017 poll, the single in question is a pop-inflected workout that has found favour with fans and tastemakers alike, grabbing Essential New Tune on Pete Tong's BBC Radio 1 show, and clocking up an impressive 1million Spotify plays with enviable speed.
As for the video, director Patrick Lawler has worked with the German music-maker to create a three-minute clip of choreographed dance moves and stunning shots of downtown LA's Grand Park, impressively all in a single take. Have a look below, and remember the full length arrives 8th June, and will feature this ditty alongside collaborations with Kele Okereke, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Zola Blood, Austra, Nathan Nicholson, Blaenavon, Jones, and Matt Simons.
