Coachella's organisers announce new 10-day London festival, All Points East

The brains behind America's most famous festival, Coachella, will be launching a new festival in London next year.

Dubbed All Points East, the new festival will take place at London's Victoria Park in May 2018, it has been announced.

Interestingly, the festival will take place across 10 days, with a host of satellite events at various London venues surrounding the main three-day event at Victoria Park.

The festival's first headliner has been announced and the honour has been given to The XX, who will play alongside Popcaan and Lykke Li.

The festival will also be hosting comedians, a free-to-enter street food hub and an outdoor cinema — so it’s more than just a musical experience.

Tickets for the festival will go on sale from 3rd November, with a lot of the supporting events during the festival's 10 days being free to enter.
