DAVE HASLAM IS SELLING HIS ENTIRE RECORD COLLECTION

Haçienda DJ puts all his vinyl up for sale

Looking to drop a few quid on some new records? Well look no further, as legendary radio broadcaster, author and Haçienda mainstay Dave Haslam has just announced that he’s putting his entire vinyl collection up for sale.

Posting on Facebook, Haslam has written: “Time has come. Vinyl sale. ALL MY VINYL is for sale, but ideally I would like someone to take the whole lot. Approx 4300 records, around 90% 12" singles, 10% albums. If anyone is interested in buying the collection or can point me towards someone who might, please get in touch.”

Having played over 450 sets at the iconic Manchester venue, the DJ’s collection will no doubt reflect the city’s love affair with post-punk and Factory Records’ acid house and rave, with (we’d be willing to bet) some rare gems in the mix.

And he’s looking to shift the entire record box in one go — so best make him an offer before it’s too late.
