The James Van Der Beek-starring Diplo mockumentary ‘What Would Diplo Do?’ premiered last week via Viceland and is now available to stream in full through YouTube.
Not too far removed from reality, the debut episode sees Diplo in a (very stylized) Twitter battle with fellow EDM-standout Calvin Harris (played by Tom Stourton). During the 24-minute clip, fans are also introduced to Diplo’s assistants, interns (including a cameo by Dillon Francis), and his Little Wishers buddy.
In a recent interview, (real) Diplo offered some incendiary remarks on the current status of DJ culture.
