Field Day locks Jeff Mills, Helena Hauff, Fever Ray, Four Tet, more

And the London festival is moving to Brockwell Park for 2018...

Field Day has announced Jeff Mills and Tony Allen, Helena Hauff, Fever Ray, Four Tet, Nils Frahm and Floating Points will all play this year’s weekender, which takes place on 1st and 2nd June, with Erykah Badu headlining the first day.

Other notable talent on a bill that can only be described as huge— boasting more than 70 names— include Gilles Peterson, Madlib, Daniel Avery, Avalon Emerson, Willow, James Holden, Thundercat, Jayda G, Mount Kimbie, and Daphni.

This is the first time in the event’s 11 year history that Victoria Park, in the London borough of Hackney, will not be used. Instead the action will be moved to Brockwell Park, south of the River Thames, where Sunfall Festival has been held in the past. Both Lovebox and Citadel festivals have also followed suite with similar relocations. Large-scale indoor area The Barn will be returning for 2018, news that should delight plenty of punters given how popular it proved last year.
