FL Studio 21 released as free update

The new version of FL Studio has arrived as a free update after being teased as "around the corner" back in February.

FL Studio 21 makes a number of updates to the popular DAW and music production software. The top-line changes include: faster and more precise Audio Envelope and gain controls with automated crossfader; a new browser with the ability to tag, make custom-coloured tabs and access online content, plus an in-line audio player with visualiser and scrubbing; interface with customisable themes, brightness contrast and other aesthetic personalisation; new effects boards VFX Sequencer, Multi-band Delay, Vintage Phaser and LuxeVERB; and support for Chinese, English, German and Spanish languages.

The more in-depth notes on what's new to FL Studio 21 detail improved audio playback commands, more exact Boolean search commands, visibility improvements, the changes to several plugins and more. It also notes a new option to autosave every minute, personally requested by Afrojack.
