FL Studio adds new delay, virtual MIDI controllers, more

ImageLine’s fruity software gets an update…

FL Studio has been given its final update before version 13, adding a host of usability, performance and functional features.

The UI is now fully re-sizeable, including all of ImageLine’s native plugins, with Panel Picker allowing users to quickly render patterns to audio, as well as other managing tools and virtual MIDI controllers to mimic real world drum pads and keys. Fruity Delay 3 adds ‘analogue’ functionality with varying tempo-sync recreating drift on older hardware and DWP files are now compatible with FL Studio Mobile.

All in all it’s a fairly humble update, paving the way for version 13. Mac users can also try the update via Alpha v0.9, though the complete version of FL Studio for Mac still doesn’t have a release date.
