Gorillaz tease more new music as part of Song Machine project: Listen

The teaser is part of a mysterious ongoing set of releases from the group

Gorillaz have teased new music as part of their ongoing Song Machine project.

After teasing the project on social media earlier this year, digital outfit Gorillaz shared new track 'Momentary Bliss', featuring Northampton-born rapper slowthai and Slaves.

The track was the first new material from the Damon Albarn-fronted band since full-length album, 'The Now Now', in 2018, and the first track to be shared via the band's 'Song Machine' playlist on Spotify. Now, virtual band member Murdoc Niccals has appeared in a teaser on the Gorillaz instagram page, seemingly for the next instalment of the project.

The clip, which lasts less than 15 seconds, shows Niccals appearing from a storage box, captioned with the words "Up next on Song Machine".

Check out the teaser below.

Last year, Gorillaz released a documentary entitled Reject False Icons.
