Skrillex and Fred again..'s 2023 collaboration with Flowdan, 'Rumble', has won Best Electronic/Dance Recording at the 66th Grammy Awards.

The trio's track was named the winner of the award at last night's (Sunday, 4th February) ceremony, which took place at Los Angeles' Crypto.com Arena. They beat fellow nominees Aphex Twin, Disclosure, James Blake, and Romy & Fred again..

It marked Skrillex's ninth Grammy win to date. You can see video of his acceptance speech below.

With his win, Flowdan has become the first UK MC to win a Grammy. Back in December, he won in the Best MC category at DJ Mag's Best Of British Awards

Fred Again..'s 'Actual Life 3' also won the award for Best Dance/Electronic album, beating James Blake, The Chemical Brothers, Skrillex and Kx5 to the honour, while the innaugural Best Dance Pop Recording went to Kylie Minogue for 'Padam Padam'.

Killer Mike won three awards on the night, taking home the honours of Best Rap Song (for 'Scientists & Engineers'), Best Rap Performance (also for 'Scientists & Engineers') and Best Rap Album (for 'Michael').

The rapper was, however, subsequently handcuffed and escorted out of the awards venue by police, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter's Chris Gardner. The Los Angeles Police Department later posted on social media that Mike was booked for misdemeanour battery "for a physical altercation" at the venue.

The rapper later shared a post via his X (formerly Twitter) account that appeared to reference only his three Grammy wins. After his release from police custody, his lawyer told Variety: "He's out and will be celebrating his sweep tonight."

Jay-Z was given the Dr. Dre Global Impact Award, and used his acceptance speech to call out the Recording Academy for never giving his wife, Beyoncé, the Album of the Year award despite having the most overall wins in Grammy history. You can also see his speech below.

Donna Summer, Laurie Anderson and N.W.A. were all among the recipients of Lifetime Achievement Awards at last night's ceremony.
