Haçienda Classiçal announces 2018 tour including Edinburgh, Leeds and London

Returning with a new soundtrack...

Haçienda Classiçal has revealed its 2018 itinerary. The large-scale orchestral concept will take hold of audiences across five markets between May and September 2018.

The concept merges the talents of a 40 piece orchestra, the mixing abilities provided by DJs Graeme Park and Mike Pickering, and the classics from Manchester’s 90’s rave destination The Haçienda to construct a series of transformative events.

A new soundtrack will be introduced Saturday 19th May at Glasgow’s Braehead Arena. The company, which features the Manchester Camerata, then returns to Castlefield Bowl prior to making its Edinburgh debut at the Royal Highland Centre on 18th August.

The final two shows run through London’s Royal Albert Hall and the First Direct Arena in Leeds.

The set for the orchestra is currently being prepared by DJs Park and Pickering alongside executive producer Peter Hook musical director Tim Crooks. The collective tease special guest performances during the series of events.

Haçienda Classiçal is currently nominated for the 'Best Instrumental Ensemble' in the 2017 DJ Mag Best of British Poll. Voting remains open through 01st December.

Tickets for the dates go on sale Friday 01st December.
