Helen Mirren stars in a new Kendrick Lamar music video for 'Count Me In'. Check it out below.
The acclaimed actor plays the artist's therapist in the clip, which has been created to accompany the 'Mr Morale & The Big Steppers' track. This is the fourth single to arrive from the album, It follows 'Rich Spirit' from last month.
The video opens on Lamar sitting at a piano, waiting to be called by Mirren's character. Their session begins with a story about him stealing a woman's parking space, and we soon learn the rapper contacted the mental health professional "at two o'clock in the morning", telling her "I feel like I'm falling". She then asks him: "Why do you feel that way?" and their meeting begins to unfold.
You can watch the full work below. It is directed by Lamar and Dave Free. Last month it was announced the former had been nominated in eight categories at the 2023 Grammy Awards.
