Iconic Italian club, Cocoricò, announces reopening
The legendary Rimini club will reopen in April under new name, Le Cocorico Riccione
Legendary Italian techno club Cocoricò will reopen next month under a new name after closing down last year.
In June 2018, the Rimini club was forced to shut down after declaring bankruptcy and reportedly owing more than €800,000 in unpaid taxes.
The club will open its doors on 12th April under the new name “Le Cocorico Riccione”, or Cocco, for short. The relaunch event has been announced on the club’s official Facebook page with the name ‘Everybody calls me Cocco’. The event will run from 11pm until 6am and line-up is yet to be announced.
Famous for its glass pyramid roof, Cocoricò regularly appeared in DJ Mag's Top 100 Club lists.
Tickets for the relaunch event can be purchased here.
