Italian techno club Jaiss will reopen after 15 years behind shutters, adding a much-needed new space to Florence's nightlife landscape.

Perc, who this year returned to his own Perc Trax for the first time since 2017, Francesco Zappalà, Fabio MC and Brian Fasano are down to play the relaunch on Friday 19th October.

The venue originally closed due to 'administrative problems', and announced its plans to come back to life via social media. It has since posted flyers and images from the archives to Instagram, giving a nostalgic insight into the address as once was.

Earlier this year DJ Mag visited Naples, another Italian city with a huge techno heritage facing massive issues in terms of venues. Find out what we learnt from our in-depth feature.
