JakoJako has dropped a new single, 'Introspektion', from her upcoming EP, 'Segmente'. Stream it below.

Set for release on 26th July via NovaMute, 'Segmente' features four tracks that the Berlin-based modular synthesist and DJ - real name Sibel Koçer - declares as "Berghain tested and approved!"

The EP follows her 2023 Mute debut, 'Verve’, as well as her 2022 full-length album 'Metamorphos' and her collaboration with Rødhåd, 'In Vere'.

Pre-order 'Segmente' here.

Last month, JakoJako contributed to a mutual aid compilation supporting a Palestinian family's evacuation from Gaza.

JakoJako has made significant strides in the music scene over the last few years, with regular live sets in Berlin, a Berghain residency, and a position at Berlin electronic music institution SchneidersLaden.

Among her stand-out performances in recent times include sets at prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and London's Barbican, where she participated in an improvisational 'Circle Of Live' performance featuring dance and a specially commissioned art installation.
