Jayda G, HAAi, Denis Sulta b2b Mella Dee, more locked for Fly Open Air 2019

This is looking extra special...

FLY Open Air has announced names for its September festival, and it’s looking as special as ever.

The party will take place at the iconic Edinburgh Castle — a venue it secured after more than 6,000 people signed a petition to Edinburgh’s council to keep the festival at the world heritage site following a battle to reduce the size of the event.

It gets better, as the lineup features Jayda G, HAAi, Denis Sulta b2b Mella Dee and DJ Boring. It’s all made even more amazing by the fact that Denis Sulta and Mella Dee will be playing together for a full 10 hours, which the festival revealed today in a Facebook post.

“Club culture is how we started and it's what we stand for. It's what we always want to champion and longer sets where a DJ can take us on a musical journey is what club culture is about.

All too often we see festivals cramming lineups with acts only playing 1 hour sets and this is something that we feel cannot create a true groove.

Therefore, it is a huge honour for us to present 10 hours of power from our friends Denis Sulta & Mella Dee.”

FLY Open Air takes place on 21 & 22 September, get your tickets here. And listen to Honey Dijon’s remix of Jayda G’s ‘Stanley’s Get Down (No Parking on the DF)’, taken from Jayda’s debut album ‘Significant Changes’.
