Joris Voorn returns to his Dark Science alias with new track, 'Prophecy': Listen

The first piece of original music from his cult alias since 2004...

Joris Voorn has brought his cult Dark Science guise out of hibernation for a new track, the first piece of original from the producer's long-forgotten alias since 2004's 'The Real Issue'.

'Prophecy' sees Joris indulging in his euphoric side and it's a quite a departure from the Dutch house star's usual ice-cool aesthetic.

Featuring lashings of hands-in-the-air melodies, atmospheric pads and feel-good vibes this is Joris Voorn like you've never heard him before.

Josh Butler provides a thumping remix featuring low-slung guttural basslines, sharp percussion and techy stabs.

This month saw Joris tour Mexico and the US, and after a short break, he’s bringing his Spectrum concept back to his hometown of Tilburg in the Netherlands for what’s sure to be a very special and emotional night for the Dutch sensation.

After gigs in Belgium and Spain and at London’s incredible Printworks, he’ll finish the year in style by rocking Awakenings NYE at the legendary Gashouder in Amsterdam.
