Josey Rebelle locked for next Beats In Space mix release
‘Josey in Space’ is out in May
The second edition of Beats In Space’s mix CD series will be mixed by Josey Rebelle.
Having launched last year with ‘Powder In Space’, a lush 74-minute trip from Japanese DJ Powder, Rebelle’s contribution to the series, ‘Josey In Space’, will be released on 15th May.
Spanning techno, house, jungle and more, and featuring 20 “exclusive and elusive” cuts from artists including DJ Marcelle, rRoxymore, AFRODEUTSCHE, Loraine James and Hieroglyphic Being, the mix is versatile and expertly crafted.
A vinyl 12” will also be released, featuring four of the mix’s key tracks, Fotomachine’s ‘BBoy’, Shy One’s ‘Route II Romeos’, Access 58’s ‘Jazz Drama’ and Rogue Unit’s “Dance Of The Sarooes (Nookie Remix)” from Rogue Unit. You can hear Fotomachine’s ‘BBoy’ below.
