KREWELLA DROP NEW TRACK ‘TEAM’ VIA COLUMBIA RECORDS

Krewella, the chart-topping DJ duo consisting of sisters Jahan and Yasmine Yousaf, have released their brand new track and visual for ‘Team’ via Columbia Records. 

In regard to their new track ‘Team’, Yasmine told DJ Mag, “This song is going to mean different things to everyone who hears it, but we wrote it from the perspective of not needing validation from anyone but your own self to feel good - not wasting time on people who will disrespect you over & over again - and just in general, shedding the negativity in your life. This song is not ‘no new friends’ it is ‘only real ones.’”

The ladies first appeared on the scene with their ‘Play Hard’ EP in 2011. Quickly garnering almost half a billion plays, they secured giant club residencies and festival slots around the globe. Their careers skyrocketed after releasing this year’s ‘Ammunition’ EP. Underscored by the platinum hit ‘Alive', Krewella has charted millions of streams while they've continued to progressed as a hybrid live rock/dance act.
