Laidback Luke is competing in Kung Fu World Championships in March

The Dutch DJ/producer competes in six categories…

Laidback Luke is competing in the Kung Fu World Championship in Hong Kong from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th March.

The Dutch DJ/producer will compete in three tai chi and three kung fu categories including Straight-Sword, Fan and Bo-Staff.

Laidback Luke, real name Lucas van Scheppingen, has been competing at the top level in kung fu for many years, winning multiple medals including four golds and a silver at the 2013 Championship.

Scheppingen also compared EDM to McDonald's and techno to prime steak in a recent interview.
