LCD SOUNDSYSTEM SAY NEW ALBUM WILL "BE DONE SOON"

LCD Soundsystem have announced their new album will "be done soon".

Following the news in early 2016 that the band would reunite for another album via Columbia Records and a tour, James Murphy has responded to fan questions about when the new work will arrive.

Speaking via the LCD Facebook page, Murphy wrote: "Still working on it, but it'll be done soon. Winter tends to mess with my voice, so finishing the thing drags out."

He later added, "Working on it!" when another fan enquired.

LCD Soundsystem also recently announced two upcoming gigs at Forecastle festival in Louisville, KY and Shaky Knees in Atlanta.
