Liam Gallagher on EDM: "Devil's music, that is"

He's clearly not a fan...

No one is safe from the scorn of Liam Gallagher. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone to promote his new album, 'As You Were', he was asked what he thought of EDM — and he didn't mince his words.

"Is that, like, dance music? Like Calvin Harris? Fuck that. Devil's music, that is," he said.

Previously, his brother, Noel Gallagher, said he was a fan of dance music, having spent many a night at famed Manchester club The Haçienda and he's previously admitted that he's a fan seminal house imprint Defected Records.

But more recently he's declared that making dance music is a "walk in the park" and that "any fucker can do it – and quite frankly, every fucker is doing it.”

Liam Gallagher's new album 'As You Were' is currently outselling the Top 20 combined and is Gallagher's first solo number one in the UK.
