Ron Basejam returns to Futureboogie on Friday 12th August with ‘The Carrington Spirituals’, and we’ve got the exclusive premiere of the title track below.

The anagrammed alter-ego of Crazy P co-founder James Baron, Ron Basejam has put out a series of high quality releases on labels including Winding Road and Wolf Music recently, as well as remixes of Ralphi Rosario, Lovebirds & Stee Downs and My System Echo.

An infectious guitar lick dominates ‘The Carrington Spirituals’, whilst dramatic horn stabs and strings, rolling hand percussion and vocal refrains result in an ultimately funky disco cut.
