UK duo return with an EP for Shogun Audio...
Ulterior Motive are back with 'The Real' EP, a brand new four-tracker for Shogun Audio.
Although the UK production duo have appeared on Friction's label before, this will be their first solo Shogun release, usually flogging their wares via Goldie's Metalheadz imprint. The record also marks the pair's first solo outing since 2015.
'The Real' EP offers a mixture of styles, including jungle and more soulful liquid, however it's the booming, fuzzy bass and cutthroat drumwork of 'Tech2' that has really caught our ear here at DJ Mag.
