Look inside Birmingham's brand-new industrial club, CRANE: PICTURES

"This will change everything..."

From the brains behind The Rainbow Venues, a brand-new nightclub-cum-arts-space — titled CRANE — will set up shop later this month in a repurposed industrial facility in Digbeth, Birmingham.

Steve Lawler, Richy Ahmed, Kölsch, Cristoph and Roth$tein are all tipped to play the opening on 29th September in CRANE's massive Main Room, whilst Pawsa, Pax, Paradox City and more will spin in the venue's other spaces: the Cellar and the Hangar. Tickets to the event can be found here

The largest multi-purpose venue of its kind in Birmingham, CRANE's 12,000SQ ft ground floor features an overhanging mezzanine and imposing crane (that spans the length of the building and was the inspiration for the venue's name), whilst underneath the 7,000SW ft Cellar provides an intimate space for clubbers to explore.

There's also a mid-sized hangar-like terrace joining the Main Room which offers an escape from the action, boasting plush seating underneath subtle lights with a view over the nearby canal.

According to CRANE's founders, the new venue will "simply take your breath away as you enter the building" and is "set to change everything" we know about clubbing.
