Martin Garrix opens up about touring with Justin Bieber: “I was nervous”

Martin Garrix hosted a live video AMA (Ask Me Anything) on a balcony in Mexico City last week, where he opened up about music making, family values and touring with Justin Bieber.

Garrix recently support Bieber on the Australian leg of his Purpose tour, saying: “The fun thing about this tour is I have no idea what to expect. If I do a Martin Garrix headline show I know it will be lots of Garrix fans etc., but this time I was nervous like shit, it will only be lots of Bieber fans they're only waiting for Justin Bieber. I did the first song in Perth and the moment I dropped my first song, the energy the crowd gave us, it was super crazy. The entire tour was super fun, and maybe again in the future.”

He also said that his family keep him “humble” by travelling with him on the road, and that he’s currently working on the launch a Martin Garrix merchandise store.
