Martin Garrix reveals new track, ‘Happy’, is landing this week: Listen

The Dutch star is reviving his AREA21 alias for the track...

Martin Garrix has shared the details of his brand new track, 'Happy', set to drop this Friday February 9th. The track will be released under his AREA21 alias, a name reserved for his collaborative work with Detroit-based singer/rapper, Maejor.

The announcement was made via the Twitter profile WorldOfMartinGarrix.

The Dutch superstar released another track as AREA21 back in December, 'Glad You Came'.

This new track will kick-off what's already fixed to be a massive year for the 21 year-old, who will be bringing his STMPD RCRDS stage back to Tomorrowland this July for the second year running. Given that the festival sold out in under an hour over the past weekend, it feels safe to say that it will be quite the spectacle. A documentary, What We Started, which centres on the careers of Garrix and Carl Cox in telling the story of dance music's ever-changing culture will debut in March and will be available on Netflix from June.

Ahead of it's official release on Friday, listen to a clip from 'Happy' below via WorldOfMartinGarrix.
