MILLIONS OF EUROS IN CASH FOUND AT PACHA AND USHUAÏA FOLLOWING POLICE RAID

Venues suspected of tax fraud...

Spanish police say they have found millions of euros in cash during raids at Ibiza superclubs Ushuaïa and Pacha.

Authorities entered Pacha at 6:30am and Ushuaïa at 8am yesterday morning (Thursday 15th September) as part of their ongoing operation against suspected tax fraud.

Police reportedly spent most of the day counting money and collecting documents from the venues. "Now we just have to verify if the amounts correspond to those declared in the companies' accounting records," stated a high-ranking tax agent.

87 venues have now been raided by Operation Chopin, including Amnesia, which was hit back in July, followed by Space and Priviledge.
